Dropped by Vanakam India at Eko Botanic for dinner and went with some classic comfort picks — garlic naan and butter chicken. Sometimes you don’t need a complicated order, just the staples done right. The butter chicken was rich, creamy, and mildly spiced, with tender chunks of chicken coated in that familiar tomato-butter gravy. It leaned slightly on the sweeter side, making it very approachable and easy to enjoy. The garlic naan came warm and fluffy, with a light crisp on the edges and enough garlic aroma to complement the curry nicely. Tearing the naan and scooping up the thick gravy was definitely the highlight of the meal. The restaurant environment was comfortable, and service was prompt. It’s a straightforward, satisfying Indian dinner spot if you’re in the Eko Botanic area. Overall, a comforting meal with reliable flavors — simple classics that hit the spot.

we came here yesterday for iftar and the food was really good! the butter chicken masala was the star of the table the waiters treated us like VIP honestly 5 star service! now I understand why there’s a service tax of around RM5–6… okay okay, worth it lah one of the waiters even offered us kurma to break our fast. very thoughtful good food, great service, happy stomach. we will definitely come again!

First of all, their service was great. And about food, very nice . We ordered chicken briyani and schezwan fried rice as the waiter boy there suggested to try said it's spicy but nice and naan bread that stuffed with chicken. To be honest, they were soo2 nice . Simple and tastes soo good . And about their masala chai, not a fan of masala chai but my partner ordered and it was too good . Surely, this place has become my favourite not just for the good food but for the service too . I forgot about the free payasam, the waiter said it's a free dessert for briyani . Loved their payasam . I hope i can have 1 small "paanai" of payasam . Thank you and surely will come back as I need to try out their every food in their menu .

I had a really good experience at Vanakam India. The staff here are fantastic and very attentive. They genuinely care about customer needs and always check to make sure everything is okay. Their service makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. The briyani is one of the best I’ve tried — very fragrant, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. The rice is soft and well-seasoned, and the portion is generous. The naans are also excellent — soft, fluffy, and freshly made. They go perfectly with the rich and tasty curries. The environment is also very pleasant. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, and they play nice songs in the background which create a relaxing dining atmosphere. Overall, great food, great music, and even better service. Definitely a place I would come back to again.

I recently visited this Vanakkam India restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious full of authentic flavors and beautifully prepared. Every dish was fresh, tasty, and served hot. A special thanks to the waiters, Pandi Nithan and Appu, for their outstanding service. They were attentive, polite, and followed all my instructions carefully. Their friendly attitude and professionalism really made the dining experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone who loves great Indian food and excellent customer service. I will definitely visit again!

Came here for the second time in two days because the food is just that good! The briyani is seriously amazing, full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and definitely one of the best I’ve had in JB. The overall food quality is excellent and consistent. On top of that, the service makes the experience even better. Nithan and Appu were wonderful — very friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcomed. Highly recommended if you’re around Iskandar Puteri and craving good Indian food. Will definitely come back again!

Delightful service by all staff, especially Mr Nithan. The music complimented the food and it was a whole experience on it's own! The food was great. The coffee and masala tea were ROYAL!
